1 1/2 c. long grain rice, uncooked
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. water
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. green bell pepper, chopped
2 T. fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 t. fajita seasoning
Combine rice, broth and water in saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and reduce heat; simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
