Breakfast Potato Casserole

1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 (6 oz) pkg. frozen hash browns
1/4 c. green bell pepper, chopped
8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/2 t. salt
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
5 eggs, beaten

Spread potatoes in ungreased 13 X 9-inch baking dish. top with onion, pepper, bacon, corn and cheese. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cheese. Bake at 250 degrees for 35-50 minutes (keep an eye on it).
